Nature Walk Experience “Destination Adjustment”: Combine the benefits of Chiropractic care with the tranquility of nature. Join our guided nature walks where you can receive Chiropractic treatment in the serene outdoors, promoting both physical and mental wellness. You can secure your treatment slot by scheduling for the Destination Adjustment on our appointment link. Nature walks happens twice a month on the second and fourth saturday of August, September, October, and November each year.
Network Spinal Analysis is technique that we have witnessed give the best transformation in the physical body and mental state. NSA is soft & gentle, yet it unwinds tension from our muscles, fascia, and spinal cord. Once the tension is down the subluxations correct themselves.

A Destination Adjustment is a unique, group day get away offered only by Good Spines Only (GSO) that takes place in a serene, natural setting rather than a traditional office. This experience begins with meeting at a designated location, Davidson-Arabia Nature Preserve. The experience begins at 11am with introductions and icebreakers. Participants then go on a nature walk to a specific spot, the "Promise Land," where adjustments are performed. While waiting for their turn, participants can explore the natural surroundings. This approach aims to provide a holistic and rejuvenating experience, enhancing the benefits of Chiropractic care by integrating the healing power of nature.
These experiences are held on the second and fourth Saturday of every month, specifically in August, September, October, and November each year.
